Pittsburgh Seen As Leader In Revitalization

Governor Chafee and a group of invited Rhode Island guests recently visited the headquarters of UPMC, now located at the top of the U.S. Steel Tower, to get an understanding how Pittsburgh turned a town once dominated by Steel into a thriving research and innovation city.
